We make every effort to give the best service possibel to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resuloting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would like for the matter ot be settled as quickley and as amicably as possible.
To pursue a complaint please put it in writing for the attention of Dr Clodagh Kenny or Dr Nuala Rigney who will deal with the complaints appropiately.
